SPIRIT QUEST  MEDITATION MOMENT

        Breathe                            Ground                        Center

Breathe three times deeply, full inhale, full exhale.  Breathe in Life Force Energy, Breathe out all discordant energies and  problems of the day.  Let go of the headaches, bothers, competition, annoying situations,... none of it matters now, this time is for YOU!

Establish your Grounding cord from the base of your spine to the center of the Earth, feel your feet open to the Earth energy and let it rise up your legs, soothing your body which loves to be Grounded because it is part of the Earth.  Feel the peace, strength, and calm, your body now experiences with the Earth energy flowing up your legs and down your grounding cord.

Now Center in your head, notice the spark of light that is YOU, say Hello, welcome yourself into your grounded body.

When you are Centered, you are in control.  Your Spirit is in control of your body and your body is grounded.  This is like driving your car from behind the steering wheel, in control.  (instead of trying to drive from the backseat, that does not work so well.)

How do you feel???  Note the calm, the balance, the center.  This place is always here for you to return too, whenever you need to have a moment for yourself.

Ask the god of your heart any question you want, quietly wait and listen for an answer, it may come as words or a symbol, or in another form awhile later.  You will know because your heart will tell you.

Take a deep breathe and say Hello to your Spirit and your body.  Now slowly awaken from your meditative state and go about your life.  Carry with you the peace and calm of your experience and know it's always there for you to access anytime you want.   Go in peace, revitalized, refreshed, and in the know, Living Consciously.

So Be it.  So it is.
